In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jj22" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the jj22 online gaming platform operated at jj22.club.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on jj22 or otherwise accesses the platform's gaming services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access jj22 services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports market, casino game, slot, or arcade title available on jj22.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or matched deposit award applied to a Player's account under a specific jj22 promotion.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported for transactions on jj22.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jj22 before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action listed under Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct) of these Terms.

Access to the jj22 platform and all gaming services offered therein is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on jj22. This requirement applies to all players accessing the platform from Pakistan and all other jurisdictions. jj22 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one registered account on jj22. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances obtained through such conduct.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

At the time of registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. jj22 relies on this information for identity verification and fraud prevention. Any material inaccuracy in registration data may result in account suspension pending verification.

2.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using jj22 is lawful in your jurisdiction. jj22 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing jj22 from Pakistan or any other territory do so at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your jj22 account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• Ensuring that no third party, including family members, gains access to your account.
• Notifying jj22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate.
• Ensuring your device and network connection are reasonably secure when accessing jj22.

jj22 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jj22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jj22 is Rs 200 (PKR 200). Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account. jj22 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to first processing. Players who have not completed KYC may have their withdrawal requests held pending submission and approval of required documents. Standard withdrawal processing timelines vary by payment method but are typically completed within one to three business days for verified accounts.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

For fraud prevention purposes, jj22 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. jj22 reserves the right to request additional verification where a withdrawal method differs from the deposit source.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on jj22 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a currency conversion is required due to the nature of a specific payment method, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. jj22 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

All sports bets, casino game wagers, slot spins, and arcade game plays on jj22 are subject to the following general rules:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. jj22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where a technical fault is demonstrated.
• Cricket markets on jj22 — including PSL, international tests, and T20 competitions — are governed by standard sportsbook settlement rules published within the cricket betting section.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live game or bet settlement, jj22 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance.
• All slot games on jj22 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent events and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• jj22 reserves the right to limit or void any wager that it reasonably believes to have been placed in connection with fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or abuse of platform systems.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all game categories. These are displayed within each game or market interface prior to wager placement.

jj22 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification on jj22.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• jj22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures, using automated wagering tools, or placing low-risk wagers designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements (so-called "bonus abuse") will have their bonus entitlement revoked and may face account suspension.

jj22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players who may be at risk of gambling-related harm:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Alerts: Players can configure session duration reminders that notify them when a specified play time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the account will be restricted from all real-money gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion from jj22. A self-exclusion can be applied for a minimum of six months. During this period, jj22 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching the excluded Player.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications are available to remind Players of their session duration and wagering totals.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jj22 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jj22 regardless of purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using jj22 if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with jj22 games, markets, or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Laundering funds through jj22 in any form, including deliberately losing wagers to transfer value to another account.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or anti-fraud measure deployed by jj22.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jj22 staff or other platform users.

All content on the jj22 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jj22 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms or your use of jj22 grants you any ownership rights or licences in respect of such intellectual property beyond a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the jj22 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of jj22.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj22 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions beyond jj22's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use jj22.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on jj22, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in processing PKR transactions through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other supported channels.

Nothing in these Terms limits jj22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. jj22's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall in any event not exceed the value of the wager or deposit directly giving rise to the claim.

jj22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on jj22, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jj22 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and fulfil regulatory obligations.

jj22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jj22 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jj22 following notification of amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jj22 and may request account closure by contacting support. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jj22 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through jj22 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to raise concerns directly with jj22 customer support. The majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes can be resolved efficiently through the standard support channel without the need for formal proceedings.
